Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations all the clinics across India, managing staff, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for creating and implementing new policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, preferably in the IVF or Hospital industry
• Excellent management skills
• Experience in financial management and budgeting
• Knowledge of regulatory standards in the IVF industry
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
