Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Associate to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in lead generation, with a focus on utilizing LinkedIn and Email marketing strategies. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate high-quality leads, set appointments, and contribute to the overall growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities: LinkedIn and Email Marketing: Leverage expertise in LinkedIn and Email marketing to identify and connect with potential clients. Craft compelling messages to engage prospects and initiate meaningful conversations. Lead Research: Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers within target organizations. Gather relevant information to personalize outreach and enhance lead quality. Appointment Setting and Scheduling: Execute effective appointment-setting strategies to secure meetings with qualified prospects. Manage calendars and schedules to ensure efficient coordination of appointments. Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Articulate value propositions clearly to prospects and handle objections effectively. Growth Mindset: Embrace a growth mindset and continuously seek ways to improve lead generation strategies. Adapt to evolving industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches. Collaboration : Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with overall business goals. Provide valuable insights and feedback to enhance lead generation processes.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-5 years of proven experience in lead generation, preferably in B2B environments. Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Email marketing best practices. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Location: This position is based in Bangalore, India. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
