Role Description

This is a full-time role for the position of Sales Project Manager. The Sales Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of business process outsourcing projects from conceptualization to successful implementation. This includes preparing project schedules, communicating project timelines, managing project budgets, Mentoring, International travels and ensuring compliance with all client requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience in BPO/CALL Centre Project Handling, Lead Generation & Sales.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Understanding of international business trends and practices.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or related field.

• Proven track record in acquiring new international backend projects preferably from Gulf/U.S/U.K countries.
