Role Description

The Process Excellence Manager - Six Sigma Black Belt will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives across our Baddi location. This role is full-time and on-site in Baddi. The Process Excellence Manager will lead projects to improve cost, quality, delivery, and safety while utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, or similar field
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Lean and Six Sigma improvement methodologies
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from a recognized organization
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and change management initiatives
• Experience in data analytics, process mapping, and root cause analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage all levels of the organization
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects
