Job description
Ops Coordinator:-
Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
Resolving Operation complaints quickly and efficiently.
Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
Maintain and preparation of MIS Report
Communicate with Hub & Branch to ensure prompt pick-up and delivery of shipments
Arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible
Track and analyze mis-shipments to ensure they dont occur again
Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility
Maintain the POD copy
Follow the Company SOP
Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
Addressing and resolving DEPS cases
Liaising and negotiating with vendors and courier partners.
To maintain and manage harmonious relationships with the vendors.
Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve performance
Establish and optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
Analyze customer orders, assess order volume, and plan for peak delivery times.
Monitor and manage the performance of courier services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans when necessary.
Regularly evaluate delivery times, costs, and other metrics to maximize efficiency.
Track and report performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management.
Monitor courier performance, analyze KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve delivery time and cost.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation laws and regulations.
Perform any other related tasks as required.
