Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overseeing day-to-day HR operations. The Human Resources Specialist will also help in onboarding new employees, implementing HR best practices, and fostering a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in creating and managing HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration
• Strong personnel management and conflict resolution skills
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the outsourcing industry is a plus
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
• Minimum experience required 6 Months to 2 Years
