Job Summary As a Performance and Risk Analyst, responsible to create client reports and co-ordination with offshore locations. The Analyst is also expected to participate in projects and non-BAU and centralized functions as required
Job Responsibilities - As a Compliance Reporting / Performance & Risk Analytics (Factset) within our dynamic team, you will function as a manager and Senior SME, delivering performance reports and supporting client change requests.
- You will have the opportunity to coordinate with various stakeholders, assist with client queries, and support new client on-boarding activities.
- This role provides a unique opportunity to demonstrate your understanding of financial markets and products, and to utilize your analytical skills in a meaningful way.
- Delivering performance reports, including attribution, contribution, ex-post/ex-ante risk.
- To support senior analyst implement client change requests and coordinating with right stakeholders to implement technical solutions within the performance systems that meets client requirements.
- To assist with client queries directly related to reporting activity. To support new client on-boarding activity on behalf of the PRA team as required.
- To support the implementation of controls that address the key operational risks of the team. To support the Team Leaders in non-BAU projects as required
- Demonstrate an understanding of the treatment of fees, taxes and adjustments from dividends and cash flows of the PRA core calculation methodology such as GOFGOT & NOFNOT. Ability to articulate to clients the drivers of the security attribution report in terms of asset allocation & stock selection.

Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities - Degree level qualification in Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or Finance or similar discipline
- 6 to 7 years of relevant financial analysis experience in financial services or a related area
- FACTSET or Bloomberg
- Effectively utilize the functionality of core applications and analyze large datasets
- High level of proficiency in Excel with the ability to interrogate data and maintain customized client report templates
- Experience in the funds management industry in a performance measurement, operations or accounting role would be highly regarded
- Demonstrated numerical ability and analytical skills
