Job description
Job Overview: We seek a dynamic and experienced Qualified Company Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience, a strong grasp of Corporate Laws, and expertise in Companies Act, FEMA, Intellectual Property, Fundraising Compliance, FDI Compliance, due diligence, and legal documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Client interaction for day-to-day secretarial matters.
· Lead funding compliances and engage with investors and founders.
· Convene and attend Board/General Meetings as a Secretarial Advisor.
· Update clients' statutory records and keep them informed on legal updates.
· Liaise with Government Departments.
· Stay updated on regulatory changes.
· Manage and lead a team effectively.
Qualifications:
· Qualified Company Secretary with 0-1 years of experience.
· Expertise in Corporate Laws, Companies Act, FEMA, and Intellectual Property.
· Proven experience in Fundraising Compliance, FDI Compliance, due diligence, and legal documentation.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
. Willing to help in accounting would be an added advantage.
