Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to build and manage doctor and physiotherapist prescription-led sales channels while exploring corporate and B2B sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the doctor and physiotherapist prescription-led channel.
- Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including doctors, physiotherapists, clinics, and hospitals.
- Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits of Brand Frido products and how they can improve the lives of their patients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute promotional materials and educational resources.
- Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Explore and develop corporate and B2B sales opportunities, including partnerships with businesses, wellness programs, and ergonomic consultants.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote Brand Frido products and generate new leads.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market and the prescription-led sales process.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing sales channels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel as needed.
