Finance Controller at Unbox Robotics

About The Role You'll be joining a fast-growing robotics startup that is building cutting-edge robotics systems for the globe. You will get a chance to build, and execute sales practices as the company grows multifold in its team size. You will be responsible for managing the company's finances right from the company's early-stage operations.
Responsibilities - Manage the company's finances and ensure financial reporting, compliance, and accounting, etc.
- Manage the company's funding-related financial documentation, diligence, and coordination with internal and external teams.
- Structuring and owning the internal finance team at each stage of the companies growth
- Work with the senior leadership teams to manage and control financial metrics efficiently within the organisation.
- Ensure legal and licensing compliance with periodic scanning of business models.
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely closure of financials.
- Forecasting and budgeting/scenario planning, risk assessment
- Partner, and work closely with banks / financial institutions to support business milestones.
- Provide frameworks for and streamlining of operational functions across the firm.
Requirements - 6 - 8 years of experience in the Finance Controller role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills and effective stakeholder management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilities
- Entrepreneurial at heart and likes to take ownership
Good To Have - CA certification
- Master's degree in Finance is preferred
- Working experience at a startup or manufacturing company. Preferably a startup manufacturing company
