Job description

Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining an e-learning environment by organizing daily class schedules and teaching material. Should answer phones, emails to explain the program to new students Assist in enrollment and orientation of the student. Work with a team of teachers to deliver quality class experience to students. Communicate in a professional manner regularly with parents regarding their students progress. Provide superior customer service that results in student retention. Complete other administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications: Should be fluent in English and Hindi. Timings: 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm Experience in Customer service or in the field of education is a huge plus.
