Job description
You will own the IT Support for 70 employees in India and across Asia.
You will play a key role in establishing a new office infrastructure in WEKA s new Bangalore office.
You will be part of WEKA s global IT team based in Israel and USA and participate in global IT support.
You will be supporting cloud services, network and endpoint security solutions, in a full SaaS IT infrastructure utilizing the latest technologies.
You will participate in administration of a global company SSO and SaaS:
- Okta, Okta Workflows, Google Workspace
- Cloud (AWS, OCI, GCP, Azure)
- Endpoint administration of Mac, Windows and Linux using Jamf and Intune
- Meraki Wifi
- Zoom Enterprise and fully equipped meeting rooms
- Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Cato Networks
- Procurement of IT equipment, manage local suppliers
Must have requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience as a sysadmin, IT support or similar position in a Hi-tech company
- Skilled Desktop administrator on both Mac and Windows
- Skilled Linux administrator, including writing Bash and Python scripts
- Strong network fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
- Experience with user directory and SSO management: Okta, Google Workspace
- Experience with writing clear and comprehensive how-to guides and KB articles
- Self managed, learns quickly and masters new technological fields without outside help
- Service-oriented personality, ability to work and prioritize under pressure
- Fluent English - both written and verbal, experience working with global teams
Experience with the following is an advantage:
- Firewall, VPN or FWaaS
- Public cloud administration
- Virtual Desktop SaaS platform
- DNS service administration
- SSL
- Zoom rooms
- Familiarity with SSO protocols
- Atlassian products
- Scripting: Powershell
- Server technical specification and planning
