Job Description
Join our thriving team as a Senior Genesys PS Developer and make an impact with our client, the leading provider of security services for Genesys Engage projects. You'll take the lead in designing and developing IVR and Routing applications for both voice and multichannel communication using Composer. Dive into campaign management via email, handle outbound calling and messaging, and seamlessly integrate with REST and SOAP APIs. Plus, you'll play a key role in developing and integrating e-services across multimedia channels, email, and chatbots. Step into a rewarding role where innovation meets impact!
Responsibilities:
- Lead the definition of the quality strategy and contribute to refining requirements across multiple levels, encompassing inception, roadmap, epics, and user stories.
- Design and develop routing applications for voice and multichannel communication utilizing Composer.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize system requirements effectively.
- Develop, configure, customize, and troubleshoot Genesys routing strategies and outbound call flows.
- Integrate IVR and multimedia REST and SOAP-based APIs seamlessly with CRM systems, databases, and other third-party applications.
- Conduct thorough system testing and debugging procedures to ensure the integrity and functionality of client systems.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing optimization strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of development experience in Genesys Engage.
- Development and configuration experience using Genesys Suite of technologies, including: Genesys CTI, Genesys SIP, Genesys Composer (IVRs), Genesys eServices (Multimedia Channels, Genesys Outbound (Campaigns), Genesys Media Layer, Genesys Routing.
- Proven experience in multichannel integrations and bots across various channels such as Chat, Chatbot, WhatsApp, and others.
- Ability to design and develop routing applications for voice and multichannel using Composer.
- Demonstrated experience in integrations with REST and SOAP-based APIs.
- Strong understanding of call routing from carrier network to local network via SIP trunk.
- Valuable knowledge in IP PBX.
Nice-to-have:
- Proficiency in legacy and modern-stack project development, including familiarity with various frameworks, databases, and tools.
- Strong spoken Spanish language abilities.
