Job description
The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.
Responsibilities Maintaining the best accounting practice and financial control over all company transactions. Handling Payroll Accounting, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax Payments and also preparing. Preparing Balance Sheets and Profit/Loss statements. Preparation of Quarterly and Monthly MIS. Preparation of Documents for Internal Auditing & For Statutory Auditing. Ledger scrutiny, Depreciation, Bank Reconciliation & Auditing financial statements. Knowledge of Statutory Dues including Service Tax & TDS. Managing relationships with Banks (negotiating credit limits, rate of interest, transaction costs etc) Taking care of customer services (issues on cheque books, statement, loans, insurance, account queries, Net banking etc). Preparation and filing of Income Tax Return of Corporate and Non-Corporate assesses. Tax Audit & Stock Audit of various entities. Handling Accounts Payable & Receivable Filling TDS, Service Tax & Income Tax returns. Qualifications 3+ years' of professional accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience CPA preferredJob tags
