Job description

Key responsibilities

Constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients.

Possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organisation.

Work closely with Sales and Operation to ensure that clients will get the updates quickly.

Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

Keep customers updated on the latest update in order to retain/increase Volume.

Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.

Understand key customer individual needs and addressing these.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Skills and Competencies

Graduate in any stream with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer relationships and sales functions in a FTWZ/ SEZ / Logistics / Freight Forwarding Company or in Supply Chain Management dept. of Major MNC's.

Good communication skills backed by strong listening skills to understand underlying customer needs tap hidden opportunities and make a compelling case within and outside the organization for new product / revenue streams.

Knowledge of client, Customs and regulatory requirements.

Excellent Team building capability

Good interpersonal skills, excellent team building capabilities, planning, co-ordination and decision making skills.

Stakeholder

Internal: WH ops, Yard/gate ops, VAS, sales, finance teams

External: Customers

Graduate
