Role : Zonal Business Manager (North)

Educational Qualifications & Experiences

• Candidate must be a graduate. M.B.A preferred.
• 8-10 years minimum experience in Franchise Management/School Business operations in Preschool /School /Education domain.
• knowledge of preschool industry preferred.
• Experience of managing teams .

Roles and Responsibilities

• To manage all Dibber units - COCO and franchise in the allocated territory
• Manage a team of Unit managers and Franchise managers.
• Mentor and train all reporting Team members.
• Manage excellent relationship with all Franchise Partners
• Conduct Partner meets at regular intervals.
• Plan and execute overall marketing and enquiry generation activities across the region allocated.
• Successfully achieve all KPI's of the region
• Responsible for overall business growth of the region .
• Manage seamless operations of all the COCO units .
• Ensure quality staff is hired at the coco units .
• Coordination with all departments for seamless operations in the region .
• Review teams on Business KPI and ensure achievement of all targets .
• Support the franchise partner in overall business growth and profitability.
• Conduct Sessions and training programs as per requirement.
• Must possess the ability to develop observations and data collection to do the gap analysis observed during the monitoring process and chalk out an improvement plan.
• Willingness to travel to the assigned regions.
• Responsible for P& L for the assigned region
