Job description
Fresher and experienced both from tourism background with good English communication skills can apply for this role.
Job Responsibilities-
Books transportation and hotel reservations, using computer terminal or telephone.
Receiving calls and providing the passengers with the best possible routing for their destination and competitive fares available in the market.
Helping clients with travel planning, making itineraries ,vacation packages as well as travel advice & information. Should make travel, accommodation, and related bookings.
Amending and cancelling flights, processing refunds, re-pricing would be an added advantage.
Maintaining high standard of service for the business and updating customers and suppliers via phone and emails.
Confirm bookings and notify clients of luggage limits and insurance, medical, passport, visa and currency requirements.
Issue tickets for travel, accommodation vouchers and all relevant documentation.
Assist with changes to travel arrangements and bookings where required.
Plans, describes, arranges, and sells itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers, utilizing knowledge of available travel services and promotional techniques.
Required skills and qualifications- Looking for candidate with minimum 6 months or less of experience in Travel Industry or MTA graduates preferred
Good Presentation Skills. Should be strong customer focused with good organizational skills. Should have strong computer and written skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Knowledge of Passport & VISA documentations Amadeus and Galileo or willing to learn this software.1- 2 year of experience in travel industry are also welcome.
