Job description
We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant with at least one year of experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR generalist functions. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist in generating recruitment reports.
Onboarding And Offboarding - Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion, orientation sessions, and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Conduct exit interviews, gather feedback, and process necessary documentation for departing employees.
HR Administration - Assist in maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
- Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, performance evaluations, and policy implementation.
- Help with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Employee Relations - Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and appropriate resolutions or escalating issues as needed.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, promoting a positive work culture and adherence to company values.
- Contribute to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace environment.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR generalist roles.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
Preferred Skills - Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, such as sourcing through social media and networking platforms.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
