Backend Operation (Surat Location)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Backend Operation professional. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to project and operations management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of the backend and developing and implementing strategies to improve organizational performance.

• Analytical Skills and Operations Management expertise
• Excellent Communication skills
• Sales and Project Management skills
• Hands-on experience in backend operations
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or relevant field
• Experience with Tally, GST, Quickbooks would be a plus
• Project Management Certification would be beneficial
