JOB DISCRIPTION
We are looking for an exceptional technical lead
(rather our future CTO) who is passionate about startups and has a
proven ability to attract and lead a local/virtual team to deliver
world-class products. The companys vision is validated, the funding

for the right person to have the resources to build the technology,
team, and culture.
Avid learner, a tech enthusiast Be hands on and
create awesome code with the rest of the team Hand on experience of
coding and building Architecture in both Frontend and Backend should
have knowledge on atleast two of the PHP/ NodeJS/ Python / Java.
Excellent understanding of UI, General Web functions and standards,
Web application and programming languages such as PHP 5 and above,
html, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS and API, OOPS concept especially for
classes and functions. Proven track record of building medium-scale,
highly reliable, and highly available cloud-based applications
Experience in agile software development and in the Scrum Master
role (not mandatory) Expert knowledge in SQL and NoSQL DBs. Play a
key role in shaping Six30Labs technology roadmap, strategy, design,
architecture, and DevOps.
Build and lead a top-tier team of
initially 10-15 engineers Obsessed about quality and performance
You will partner with the founders/partners to create their
technical vision and roadmap for the company. Establishing a
continuous delivery process Transparent, confident and focused on
the development and success of the team You will have around 6years
of experience in open-source technologies and building modern web and
mobile applications Good working experience for handling third party
API Skills: - Technical Architecture, PHP, JS Stack. Awareness about
advanced technologies.
