Role: Oracle RMCS Lead Position
Location: Hyderabad, Pune or Bangalore
Hybrid Mode Position Exp: 8+ Years
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle RMCS solutions to meet client requirements effectively.
- Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their revenue management and billing processes and devise tailored solutions accordingly.
- Customize Oracle RMCS applications adeptly to cater to specific business needs and requirements.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and execute them meticulously to ensure the functionality and quality of Oracle RMCS solutions.
- Provide extensive training and support to end-users, imparting knowledge on Oracle RMCS functionalities and best practices.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges encountered during both implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Stay abreast of the latest Oracle RMCS features, updates, and industry trends, offering valuable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Forge strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Oracle RMCS solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding of revenue management and billing processes.
- Proficiency in Oracle RMCS modules and functionalities.
- Proven experience in customizing and extending Oracle RMCS applications using configurations and extensions.
- Strong analytical skills to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into viable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Oracle RMCS certification.
- Experience with Oracle Revenue Management Cloud or other relevant Oracle applications.
- Familiarity with revenue recognition standards such as ASC 606 or IFRS 15.
