Job Description: Assist senior Business Development professionals in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and identify potential growth areas. Support in developing and executing strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets. Prepare proposals and presentations to showcase our company's value proposition to potential clients and partners. Assist in coordinating and managing the business development pipeline. Participate in business development meetings and events, taking detailed notes and following up on action items. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and sales collateral for business development initiatives. Conduct research and analysis to support the creation of compelling business cases for new ventures and partnerships. Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the Business Development team. Assist the Growth team in analysing data and market trends to identify and prioritize growth opportunities for the company. Support in developing and implementing data-driven growth campaigns, including user acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives. Conduct A/B testing, analyse results, and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness. Contribute to the creation of compelling content and marketing materials aligned with growth objectives, understanding the user journey and conversion funnels. Assist in preparing clear and impactful reports and presentations, effectively communicating growth performance metrics to stakeholders across various departments. Stay updated on the latest growth hacking trends and best practices by attending workshops, conferences, and online courses. Participate in cross-functional projects with teams like Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure alignment and achieve optimal campaign results. Assist with additional tasks assigned by the Growth team, contributing to its overall success.Job tags
