Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their issues keeping close collaboration with our co-workers locally in order to ensure prompt exception handling.
- Needs to be customer centric and inclined towards delivering excellent customer service
- Own the issue with low tolerance to delays and accuracy.
- Read and reply to correspondence on both internal & Customer’s emails within SLA’s as defined for the specific communication channel.
- System Workflow adherence and reply within strict deadlines
- Take on additional responsibilities such as reports / analysis basis Area requirement
- Meeting all Import custom manifest service and deadline requirements eliminating any service failures
- Adhere to standardized processes and tasks without compromising customer experience.
Who are we looking for?
- Graduate with 4 – 7 yrs of Customer Service Experience
- Graduates with excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of the E2E shipping cycle (Added advantage)
- Structured and has a high attention to quality
- Contributes with ideas/suggestions for overall improvement of the operations business unit .
- Flexible to work in rotational shift.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment.
- Ability to accept change and make the best of any situation.
- Cross learning capability and supporting team as and when required and supporting in being an engaged team member.
Technical Skills
• Well versed with computer and MS office application like: Excel, Word, and Power Point etc
• Good typing speed
