Job description

Scope and General Purpose of Job:
As the Business Manager for the Club, the primary responsibility is to ensure the successful operation of Food & Beverage and Administration departments in accordance with hotel standards, while also ensuring individual profitability.

Responsible to: General Manager and Head of Marketing

Main Duties:

Develops and executes the annual marketing plan within budget, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Collaborates with Operations, Food & Beverage, and Sales teams to implement promotions and campaigns targeting in-house guests to drive revenue.
Acts as the liaison between the marketing department and advertising agency for tactical advertising campaigns, particularly for food and beverage promotions.
Manages F&B media schedules and ensures prompt settlement of accounts.
Collaborates with Revenue Management to ensure accurate offer loading and targeted advertisement.
Executes email marketing and display advertising initiatives.
Maintains active engagement with Cluster eCommerce manager for alignment and performance evaluation of online programs.
Ensures all digital channel advertising aligns with brand voice.

Social Media Content Management:

Facilitates social media engagement and content updates across local digital channels.
Develops and executes promotions campaigns through relevant digital and social media channels.

Public Relations and Visual Asset Management:

Develops quarterly PR plans in collaboration with agencies and executes post signoff from GM.
Manages local media contracts, emphasizing food critics and bloggers.
Writes and distributes press releases for property events and promotions.
Manages hotel sponsored events, community/government relations, and press promotional activities.
Supports impactful PR strategy & activities to drive quality press coverage.
Manages external vendors and media agencies for strategic media buys.

Direct Marketing and Collateral Development:

Coordinates and executes Hotel and F&B printed materials.
Manages quantity and inventory of all Hotel marketing collateral.
Assists in production of property, F&B display, and temporary signage.
Promotes collection of competitors' collateral and publicity.
Manages execution of F&B direct marketing activities.

General:

Assists in coordinating all communications activities, focusing on property F&B promotions and campaigns.
Supports publication of hotel newsletters.
Assists in liaison and execution of joint F&B promotions.
Ensures regular updates of Hotel's website and related platforms.
Collaborates with Director of Marketing to align marketing plan with sales and revenue strategy.
Provides training and marketing leadership to relevant teams.
Coordinates with eCommerce and Revenue Management teams to report marketing and eCommerce performance.
Stays updated on competition and evolving digital marketing trends.
