Position Summary & Objective The Compensation and Benefits Analyst supports the administration of the compensation and benefits packages across the globe, including analysis and implementation. This role partners with Human Resources Managers and Business Managers to ensure that the company’s compensation and benefit programs are competitive and administered timely, accurately, efficiently, and fairly. Incumbent will leverage HRMS system to automate, monitor and drive accurate and efficient business processes.

Essential Functions Performed by the Position Participates in annual salary administration programs, including salary structure creation, maintenance and development of incentive or salary increase budgets and benchmarks. Participates in administration of annual performance management, incentive, or salary increase programs, including preparation of compensation offers and incentive calculations. Evaluates the organizations jobs, documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions and recommends appropriate job titles. classifications, FLSA status (as appropriate) and salary grades. May develop and analyze highly customized HR reports and dashboards to monitor system accuracy and support business needs. Contributes organizational data to, and analyzes results of, compensation, benefit and HR practices surveys. Conducts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organizations pay programs. Process compensation and benefit program changes in the HRMS system, including preparation of relevant documentation and ongoing auditing of recurring transactions and processes. Perform multifactor data and cost analyses that may be used in areas such as support of collective bargaining agreements. Works with management to ensure pay equity and address gaps. Ensure company compliance with country specific, regional and local laws, including reporting requirements. Provide advice on the resolution of classification, benefit and salary concerns.

Strong work ethic proven by accountability and the ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality. A natural problem solver and critical thinker, with an eye for detail and recognizing trends; aptitude for translating data or complex findings to senior leaders. A self-starter and able to work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment. Business intelligence and data analysis. Careful attention to detail and thorough in completing work tasks. Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, calculus, statistics, and their applications to the work. Ability to work as part of a team.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of compensation structures, benefit programs, and market analysis. 3-5 years of compensation and benefit experience. Demonstrated knowledge of compensation practices with proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams across countries and time-zones. Proficiency in data analysis, utilizing tools such as Excel or HR information systems (HRIS). Proven experience as an HRMS Specialist or similar role, with a solid understanding of HR processes and systems. Proficiency in HRMS software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday) and related modules, with the ability to configure and troubleshoot system issues. Experience in EMEA and APAC compensation and benefit programs, highly preferred. Experience with Radford, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, ERI or other compensation survey/tools. Fluent in English. Prior experience working with HRMS systems, preferably UKG.

Licenses or Certifications Required CCP, PHR, GPHR preferred.
