- Partnership managers make choices in selecting and approaching partnerships. This includes deciding which companies to reach out to, what details to include in communication, and the method of outreach to potential partners.
- Conflict resolution is crucial for partnership managers to identify issues, analyze root causes, and foster collaboration. Their skill in resolving disputes enhances the ability of both companies to work together and maintain a positive relationship.
- Collaboration In strategic alliances, managers collaborate with colleagues, including salespeople and other personnel, to establish and execute beneficial agreements with the firm and strategic partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Cultivate relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Regularly communicate with clients for timely project development and delivery
- Research, develop, and present new strategies for improved client communications.
- Negotiate effective partnership agreements.
- Identify and pursue viable sales opportunities.
- Provide progress reports to upper management.
Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to efficiently resolve client issues.
