Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Complete ownership of the payroll process & and PAN India statutory compliance remittance.
- Managing Payroll related legal & and statutory Compliance (Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF & Minimum wages etc)
- Must have extensive knowledge of labour law and compliance.
- Handling Government Inspection and reply to the Notices, Negotiation with Govt. Authority
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage laws and best practices.
- Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits and internal and external audits.
- Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on payroll and HR compliance activities to management.
- Ensure internal and external compliance and statutory laws are met without deviations or delays.
- Provide MIS, reporting and analytics related to HR Operations
- Handling all the salary, tax, leaves, attendance, and reimbursement queries.
Preferred candidate profile
- 12 - 14 years of experience in payroll and HR compliance
- Strong understanding of payroll and HR compliance laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Immediate joining preferred
