They have offices around the globe and into Maritime business for last 200 years. Company is an international, knowledge-based group that supplies high technology systems and solutions to customers in the oil and gas industry, the merchant marine, Digital and the defence and aerospace industries. Position - Service Engineers – Merchant Automation Skills set – Merchant Automation, Switchboard and Control Systems Experience – • 2+ years of relevant experience in Maritime industry with good track record.

• Experience in Marine Automation and control systems.
• Good understanding and knowledge of Marine Automation

products, systems, their functionality, and applications.

• Meticulous & methodical approach to case handling.
• Basic knowledge on Marine Automation, Switchboard,

Control Systems and Engines. Age Limit – Till 35 years Salary Budget – 4 to 5 Lacs (as per experience) Notice period – 1 month (Immediate joiner preferred) Roles & Responsibilities:- • Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment. • Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications. • Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner. • Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up. • Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements. • Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues. • Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system sales. • Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area. • Adhering to current regulatory requirements Travel:-

• Extensive travel whenever required.
• Prepared to travel on short notice.
• To possess valid travel document.
• Willingness to travel to any part of the world wherever

company feels safe to travel. Skills:- • Perform troubleshoot on technical problems evaluate options under circumstances.

• Overall focus and awareness on quality.
• Good communication skills with excellent verbal and written

English
