Role Description

As an Assistant and Associate Professor, the candidate will be expected to teach courses, advise and mentor students, conduct research, and fulfill service responsibilities. This is a full-time on-site role located at Sandip University in Nashik, India. The Assistant Associate Professor will collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and other academic activities.

Qualifications

Teaching and Research

• Ph.D. in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Data Science, and Technology
• Prior academic teaching experience or equivalent industry experience
• Demonstrated ability to conduct high-quality research and mentor students
• Faculty with MBA, PHD in HR , Marketing , Digital marketing
• BBA, MBA In HR Marketing.Digital Marketing.
• Business Analytics: PowerBI , Tablean , Python, Machine learning.

Service and Administration

• Experience serving on academic committees or governance bodies
• Demonstrated experience in academic advising and mentoring
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, staff, and students

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Experience with online teaching and learning platforms is a plus
