LuxuryLiving is an offline Luxury Travel company based in New Delhi, with a focus on high-end/luxury hotels. As a pure B2B company, Luxury Living aggregates hotels with no involvement from third-party suppliers or online systems. The company only works directly with hotels and only operates in the high end luxury hotel space.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Executive at LuxuryLiving. The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for providing support during the booking process and coordinating with agent partners and hotels. The Sales Support Executive will also be responsible for preparing and submitting proposals, conducting market research, and maintaining relationships with hotels and travel agent partners.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in customer service
• Knowledge of the luxury travel industry is a plus
