Job description
Job responsibilities:
The candidate must demonstrate an in-depth understanding of IP networking including routing, switching, and addressing concepts. They must have operational and deployment experience of firewalls and have been exposed to VPNs on those platforms. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience of Checkpoint or equivalent firewalls and IPS platforms. Experience in the following areas: WAN, LAN and Data center networking, Performance Monitoring, WAN optimization, Proxy Controls on Sophos, DMZ deployment environments, Linux, and network switching, Web Application Firewalls Like F5 etc. Experience on Technical interactions with ISP and OEMs pertained to Network. Work Experience on latest technologies like Zscaler/Netskope/Palo alto platforms for Web URL filtering, Proxies, Cloud firewalls, Internet access, private access. Knowledge on Communication technologies like AVAYA or/and CISCO would be an added advantage. Experience in handling the Plant IT/OT Environments. Qualification: B. Tech/M. Tech /MCA/ B. Sc - Computers with 10 to 15 years of experience managing IT networking with Pharmaceutical industry. CCNA/CCIE Certified Relevant technology platforms would be an added advantage.Job tags
