Qualifications And Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to cold call and effectively pitch products and services
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Knowledge of sales processes and techniques
- Familiarity with B2C e-commerce
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Roles And Responsibilities - Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and services
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors
- Assist in creating and delivering effective sales presentations
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to generate leads and close sales
- Support the team in managing and updating customer databases
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing sales and marketing data
- Help in coordinating and organizing marketing events and campaigns
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team
