The Database Marketing Specialist will provide campaign support for global marketing initiatives and regional field marketing teams.
What you'll do...
- Building campaign outbound lists based on user requirements, working with the Client to build the best-optimised target list.
- Ability to extract data from multiple sources, to craft and improve target lists.
- Liaise with internal clients to understand business objectives and make recommendations and draw conclusions based on data.
- Analyze campaign-relevant data using standard and ad-hoc reports in Salesforce.com and using database query tools.
- Explore external data sources for additional intelligence and insight.
- Use data to segment existing accounts into business-related use cases for Marketing purposes.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve data concerns regarding contacts/leads.
- Measure the efficiency of lists and suggest improvements based on standardized metrics.
- Proactively handle MI Requests assigned in Workfront within SLA.
- Handling the routine backup of Marketing Operations Data.
- Handling the scheduling of Marketing Operations Power BI Databases.
What you are...
- Experience with Marketing campaigns, ideally from a database marketing or marketing operations perspective.
- Proven and shown experience in SQL programming, data extraction, manipulations etc.
- Experience & proven understanding of relational database concepts.
- CRM experience with SalesForce and SFDC dashboards.
- Capable of identifying ways in which data assets can be optimized for use in Marketing.
- Diligent and organized with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, reporting and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
- Experienced with Power BI dashboard creation and design.
