Job description

Job Description: Coordination with all stakeholders (sales, technical, operations, pricing, consulting, HR et al) to ensure timely and high-quality proposal submission and project delivery. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by effectively qualifying and nurturing leads. Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to convert leads into Customers. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing continuous support and solutions. Monitor customer satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and drive customer engagement and retention efforts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery, customer success, and ongoing account management. Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.

Required Skills & Background: Experience in acquiring clients, retaining & Sales operation. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in using CRM systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Knowledge of the industry or market being targeted is a plus.
