YO HR CONSULTANCY - Medical Representative

Role And Responsibilities - Develop and maintain good knowledge about the territory, including doctors, chemists, markets, and potential for the region/area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors to add value to our business.
- Identify potential doctors in trade market areas to refer their prescriptions.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to execute collateral/inputs/activities and provide feedback.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of customer database for smooth coordination with the sales operation team.
- Provide regular updates on doctors' feedback to improve market share and prescription share.
Candidate Qualifications - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in pharma sales and marketing or healthcare industry sales and marketing.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in sales and marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
