Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Rathod Law located in Ahmedabad. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and clerical work.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a relevant field Great attention to detail and excellent writing and communication skills in English Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Excel, and G Suite) Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor when interacting with clients in person or over the phone Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field is preferred Experience in the legal industry is a plus

MUST HAVE GOOD TYPING SPEED
