Job description

As our Business Development Executive your main responsibility will be:

Being customer-obsessed and ensuring that the clients are happy with the services provided & act as the best promoters of our brand through WOM, brand social media handles, and other promotional activities

Maintaining a strong relationship with restaurant owners and advising them on issues related to the market and offering solutions on the same

Meeting the clients F2F, interacting, and gaining detailed knowledge about their business, identifying the key areas of improvement, and developing new customer insights

Growing the existing business and new customer acquisitions from North Region

Achieve growth and hit sales targets

Deliver the core organizational KPIs

Coordinating with internal teams including pre-sales, Ops, customer service and commercial team for completing the sales cycle successfully

Work closely with Leadership on planning and executing on the valuable market insights

Strategizing our growth plans on the basis of local market requirements
