Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role at Findernest's office located in Hyderabad, with the flexibility of working remotely. The Director of Staffing will be responsible for day-to-day staffing operations, hiring, training, and employee benefits. The role also includes developing and implementing recruiting strategies, managing the sourcing process, recruiting and hiring, and managing vendor relations and contracts.
Qualifications - Experience in Staffing Services, Hiring, Recruiting, and Employee Benefits.
- Demonstrated success in creating and implementing recruiting strategies.
- Acquisition of New Enterprise Clients. Focusing on growing active accounts from existing value to their true potential. Should be able to Win back lost accounts.
- Mapping the relevant stakeholders and the requirements of enterprise clients. And provide them with the best solution to effectively meet their recruitment / Employer branding needs.
- Make visits to clients to identify opportunities for growth within and create and maintain relationships with the clients to better understand them.
- Achieving sales objectives and revenue targets by selling up-selling, and cross-selling varied offerings including employer branding options. sales management to drive both volume and value business.
- Provide training to existing clients to enhance the usage of the platform services.
- Closely monitoring competitor activities and assisting in planning counter-strategies
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to build and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Experience in developing and executing training programs for employees and managers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in staffing and recruitment.
- Proven experience in developing innovative methods for sourcing and recruiting the best candidates.
- Experience in managing remote teams is a plus.
