Network Engineer - L1
Experience : 1 to 3 years
Location : Navi Mumbai

1. Basic Troubleshooting knowledge of network (LAN&WAN) related issues.
2. Providing remote support to customer for all network related issues.
3. Should be willing to work in 24*7 rotational shifts
4. Having basic knowledge of Routing (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, etc.) & Switching (VTP, STP, etc.) Protocols.
5. Logging calls with Service Providers and taking follow-up.
6. Links Monitoring and updating of tickets in tool.
7. Configuration on router/switches.
8. Having knowledge on SDWAN.
9. Coordination with Client team for Site readiness & SP for link delivery.
10. CCNA certification would be an advantage.
