Role/ Job Title: State Head - Commercial Vehicles

Function/ Department: Commercial Vehicle

Job Purpose:

Lead the State business across Commercial Vehicle to expand revenue per existing customer. Partner with the Digital Marketing team to increase customer penetration through digital medium, Build and nurture strategic partnerships across key dealers, channel/product partners etc.to increase the penetration of entire portfolio. Improve the performance & quality of portfolio through regular monitoring and providing recommendations for course correction to the Product and Sales teams. Guide the Product team in Commercial Vehicle category to provide differentiated offerings and drive business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Mentor and coach senior team members to percolate ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance and integrity
• Create environment for team to focus on automation and digital enablement to fulfil customer needs holistically
• Attract & retain best-in class talent to meet Bank's rapid growth targets
• Lead the State business across Commercial Vehicle Loan to expand revenue per existing customer
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships across key dealers, channel/product partners etc. to increase the penetration of entire portfolio

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Bachelor's in Engineering / Technology /Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management

Post-graduation: MBA

Experience: 5 to 10 years experiences inCommercial Vehicle
