We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Test Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, a knack for problem-solving, and a commitment to ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Responsibilities: Test Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test plans based on project specifications and requirements. Test Case Design: Create detailed, well-structured test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and security. Execution of Test Cases: Execute manual and automated test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of all relevant scenarios. Defect Identification: Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and prioritize defects, and work towards their resolution. Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features or changes do not negatively impact existing functionality. Automation Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency. Performance Testing: Conduct performance and load testing to assess software stability and responsiveness under different conditions. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure a smooth and efficient testing process. Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Test Engineer or in a similar role. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks. Knowledge of programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
