Job description

Job Description

Develop ATE test program for complex server SOC products. Develop digital tests (Scan, Func, Array, JTAG, Fuse) validate them in Pre-Si environment before Si enablement followed by swift bring up and debug on actual product during Post-Si validation. Collaborate with design to drive design for test/debug/manufacturing (DFT/DFD/DFM) features enabling efficient production testing of new products. Develop and debug complex software programs to convert design validation vectors to ATE compatible formats and drive complex test equipment. Contributes to design, development, and validation of testability circuits, test flows, and methodologies for new products through evaluation, development, and debug of complex test methods on ATE. Understand product architecture, develop test plan and feasibility of test on ATE, customize the tests, discuss with architecture, IP, Design, DFT and Functional teams to finalize the test plan. Develop fuse recipe own and complete fuse validation during Pre-Si and Post-Si perform deep dive and effective analysis during implementation. Develop tests and validate them on Pre-Si using product simulation and emulation models to ensure accurate tests are ready for Si-bringup. Collaborates with designers to drive design for test/debug/manufacturing (DFT/DFD/DFM) features enabling efficient production testing of new products. Develops and debugs complex software programs ATE to convert design validation vectors and drive complex test equipment. Ensures manufacturability over process and product design through thorough analysis of process and spec corners and works with design to resolve yield issues before manufacturing ramp. Drives test time reduction through analysis of fallout data versus test time for various IPs to balance and drive overall product cost optimizations. Analyzes early customer returns with emphasis on driving test hole closure activities. Creates and applies concepts for optimizing component production relative to both quality and cost constraints.
