The firm has undergone peer review and obtained a certificate from the peer review board. Partners, professionals, and consultants in taxation, audit & assurance, compliances, IT, and support staff are present in the well-maintained offices in Noida and Hyderabad. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Article Assistant situated in Noida. The Article Assistant will be responsible for performing audit and assurance services, indirect taxation and GST, and compliance monitoring for clients. The Article Assistant will also be responsible for preparation of financial statements, and conducting internal audits. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and Auditing Standards are necessary Expertise in indirect taxation and GST including filing of returns is required Ability to conduct internal audit and ability to draft internal audit reports Good working knowledge of MS office along with accounting and auditing software Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team Bachelor's degree in Commerce, MBA or related field Experience in accounting, tax, audit and assurance, specifically using Tally ERP or QuickBooks, is preferred.
