Roles
and Responsibilities:
- Hands-on
ownership of the Salesforce CRM system focusing on Account / Customer master
data management to improve data quality and enforce data governance policies.
- Perform
technical analysis for Salesforce CRM system to integrate with D&B API for
de-duplication, cleansing and enhancement of customer master data. Design and
implement integration workflows to retrieve, cleanse, and enhance Account data
using D&B's comprehensive business database. Implement data cleansing
techniques to ensure data integrity and eliminate inconsistencies. Enrich
Account records with additional information from D&B, such as
firmographics, financial data, and industry insights.
- Implement
data governance policies and processes in Salesforce CRM to maintain data
quality, integrity, consistency, and accuracy of customer master data.
Establish data standards, validation rules, and workflows to search for
existing customer before creating new customer.
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing and data teams, to
understand their data needs and ensure alignment with Account data strategies,
in addition to integrating Salesforce CRM customer data with diverse
applications such as ERP and data lake.
- Design and
implement data mapping, transformation, and enrichment processes in Salesforce
CRM for customer master data to ensure seamless data integration.
- Identify
& Drive opportunities to streamline and automate customer creation process
in Salesforce CRM improving data quality and governance. Develop efficient
workflows to improve productivity and reduce manual effort.
- Provide
guidance, training and support specific to Salesforce CRM end-users and
stakeholders on best practices for customer creation and maintenance, data
hygiene, and the utilization of D&B-enhanced Account data.
Skills
Required:
We are
seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Development Expert who
specializes in Salesforce Account / Customer master data management and
possesses expertise in integrating with Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) API to
de-duplicate, clean and enhance Account data.
- Minimum 8
years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, across multiple full
lifecycle implementations in an onsite-offshore delivery model, with a focus on
Account data management and optimization.
- Strong
hands-on expertise in integrating with third-party APIs, specifically the Dun
& Bradstreet (D&B) API, to clean and enhance Account data.
- Solid
understanding of Salesforce customer data model, standard and custom objects,
and data management best practices.
- Strong
knowledge of data cleansing techniques, deduplication strategies, data quality
management and data governance principles.
- Leadership
experience mentoring a team of offshore resources across the full
implementation lifecycle.
- Experience
in designing and implementing custom Salesforce solutions using Apex,
Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other related technologies.
- Strong
problem-solving and analytical skills, with an attention to detail and a
commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent
communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
across different teams.
- Strong core
consulting and client facing skills.
- Salesforce
certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce
Certified Administrator, are a plus.
