Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst Manager to lead our team in analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for IT projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

12+ years of relevant experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Manage a team of IT business analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
● Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and project managers, to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
● Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement.
● Lead the development of comprehensive business requirements documents, use cases, and functional specifications for IT solutions.
● Oversee the prioritization and planning of IT projects based on business objectives, resource availability, and timelines.
● Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions, advocating for best practices and innovative approaches.
● Participate in the evaluation and selection of software solutions, tools, and technologies to support business needs.
● Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication and ensuring clear understanding of project requirements.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
● Proven experience of 8 Years in a leadership role as an IT Business Analyst, with demonstrated success in managing a team.
● Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
● Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
● Experience working in Agile or other iterative development methodologies.
● Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
● Project management skills and familiarity with project management tools are a plus.
● Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are advantageous.

● Adherence to internal QMS (Quality Management System) procedures & Information Security Controls according to implemented ISMS (Information Security Management System) of the Organization.
● Report immediate Reporting Manager/Supervisor related to incidents, suggestions, issues related to ISMS.
