# Oversee and manage Sugar Projects both domestically and internationally, taking charge of New Sugar Plants, Expansions, and Modernisations.
# Read and guide in General and Fabrication drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
# Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, ensuring the availability of appropriate materials and tools for seamless project execution.
# Develop project schedules, planning, and coordination using EXCEL/MS Projects Software, including Shipping and Erection Schedules.
# Offer technical expertise and suggestions for project improvement, while diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as needed.
# Negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors to secure optimal contracts for project materials and services.
# Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
# Lead and efficiently manage a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and ensuring project objectives are met.
