As the Brand and Content Manager at Aerocraft Engineering Inc., you will lead our content strategy, creation, and distribution efforts, ensuring they align with our inbound marketing objectives and the customer journey. This role is crucial in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion, focusing on the US markets in the Architecture and Engineering sectors.

This post will report to the AVP of Marketing.

Job Location: Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba), Onsite

Overview: 2PM to 11PM-Monday to Friday Position: Brand and Content Manager Experience Level: 8-10 years. Industry: Architecture, Engineering (B2B)

Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic content plan that supports the company's business goals, reflects our brand voice, and meets our target audience's needs throughout the inbound marketing funnel. Produce compelling, high-quality content tailored for our B2B audience in the Architecture and Engineering industries, including blogs, white papers, case studies, videos, and social media posts. Conduct market research to grasp US market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights, informing our content strategy. Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop a cohesive content calendar that maps precisely to the stages of the customer journey. Utilize metrics to measure content performance, adjusting strategies to align with inbound marketing goals and maximize ROI. Maintain brand consistency across all content production, upholding our identity and messaging standards.

Skills Required: 8-10 years of relevant experience in content marketing or a related field, with a strong background in the B2B sector, especially within the US markets of Architecture and Engineering. Deep understanding of the inbound marketing funnel, customer journey mapping, and content generation techniques that engage and convert at each stage. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, able to engage a technical and professional audience effectively. Solid analytical abilities to track content performance and inform strategy adjustments. Proven leadership and team management skills, capable of guiding digital marketing teams in a high-paced environment. Preferred Bachelor’s / master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
