Job description
The Proposal Writer & Strategist Intern will be responsible for crafting persuasive proposals, influencing proposal content and implementing winning strategies. This role requires strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
Position Title: Proposal Writer Intern Experience: 0 - 1 Year Location: 100% Remote (Work From Home) Working hours: 5 PM - 2 AM IST Duration: 6 Months internship + PPO offered Working days: Monday - Friday Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Develop persuasive proposals tailored to client needs, incorporating innovative strategies. Influence proposal content, including pricing structures, to maximize competitiveness. Implement design thinking principles to enhance the visual appeal of proposals . Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in proposal documents, adhering to standards. Analyze proposal costing and assess ROI to support decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Communications, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools. Prior experience in proposal writing or related fields is advantageous. Ability to work independently Key Skill Sets: Passionate about crafting persuasive proposals. Strong work ethics, committed to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work. Exceptional multitasking abilities to handle concurrent proposals effectively. Proficient in comprehending complex requirements and translating them into compelling proposals. Demonstrates accountability and takes ownership of assigned tasks. Understanding of software development fundamentals to tailor proposals for technology projects. Proficient in stakeholder management , capable of leading and managing proposal teams effectively.
