Develop channel sales plans and strategies for building/maintaining a robust channel sales pipeline and moving key opportunities through the sales cycle.
Maintains and expands customer base by training sales personnel; building and maintaining rapport with key distributors; identifying new customer opportunities.
Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans
Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
Train the channel partners on Lenovo products against the competition and ensure that they have adequate support.
Reviews progress of sales for the territory. Ensure high level of channel partners and customer satisfaction.
