Receiving calls & mails for clients
Creating, validating and escalating tickets to internal teams
Coordination with internal teams for confirming the progress on the raised tickets for issue resolution
Preparing reports on MS Excel

BE/BTech/Any Engineering Graduate/B.Com (Computers)/BCA
Excellent Written & Spoken communication
Open to work in rotational shifts
Good Analytical skills
1-2 years of experience in customer support role
